Where do I start? On a blizzard like day on a Saturday in Feb 2010 we came across a CTS Cadillac at Betten Chevrolet in Muskegon MI. After testing driving it etc...we purshased the vehicle after being promised to fix the scratches that were on it etc... After they cleaned it off we noticed more scratches but were promised that they could remove them also if I brought it in.
