To, Correspondent Department Bank of America Sub: Unable to resolve the things on line Dear Sirs I had mortgage account with your Bank since Sept 2009 and my installments are being paid directly from my bank account (PNC Bank). When I have extra money to pay I could not be able to pay any amount I wish to pay on line. How can you always ask me to pay the installment first and then the principal?
