I had purchased a home theater from one of your dealer on 9th oct, 2010 and till date it has not been installed at my residence. I have lodged three compalints in this regards vide compalint no. 6222271 dt 25th oct, 2010 and 6239837 on 27th oct, 2010 and third complaint on 29th Oct-the compalint no. of which is still to be given to me. Apart from this I have spoken to your call centre almost everyday for lodging the compalint, but regret to mention that not even a single response has been exteded to me.
