I called reservations for Lufthansa and Wendy employee id. Whisky Tango told me that since I have a knee injury that prevents me from bending it I am not disabled and no help would be offered to accomodate. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said flat out NO. When I asked for her name she told me I told you already at the start of the conversation. Is this customer service? read full review »
