Hello! I have bough a samung split air con on 4th Nov, 2008 from Jainsons- Anna nagar-chennai. Just few months after the installation i have been facing problems from the A/C and have made numerous calls to samsung ccustomer care. Everytime samsung sends a service engineer, the person comes collects service charges, does some wiring here and there and confirms that no problem would come but only to my bad luck that every 31 days samsung Aircon gives problems and very smartly they come and collect charges again.
