I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - X3-00, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 353401041108153, PRODUCT CODE – 0581193, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSN) on 02/July/2010 from Nokia Priority Dealer New Agarwal Marketing, INDORE, MADHYA PRADESH.  From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off.
