Dear Sir
In last 10 days i have written three complaints about TATA DOCOMO on this site however only one is displayed and has been acknowledged by TATA DOCOMO. However as usual - with the superficial assurance - they have slept over the issue. Contacting higher official like Ms GEETA and Mr Bhaskar HAS ALSO RESULTED IN UTTER FAILURE.
If TATADOCOMO cannot solve my issue, i have the following proposals
1 give me another sim card with the number of my choice without any charge

It is extremely shameful to say that inspite of several complaints by all means ie via customer care, this complaint board site, the TATA DOCOMO officials have not taken any action to deactivate my VOICE MAIL since past one month. Now i have no option left but to knock the court of law for this harassment and loss.
If the company has any self respect, then it should wake up and immediately resolve the issue but it seems that the company is neither bothered about customer satisfaction nor interested in saving their own... read full review »

The complaint dated 02 Jun 2011 which was registered in this site against TATA DOCOMO have still not been rectified inspite of acknowledging the same by them. Such a poor response from an organisation like TATA DOCOMO was never imagined; It seems their own men are letting it down

I am having TATA DOCOMO PREPAID SIM CARD IN use for last two years. No. Iis 904-252-3527
On 08 May 11, i activated Voice Mail service by sending a SMS as instructed, to the service provider TATA DOCOMO. Not satisfied with the service, i sent a request by typing CAN VM to 121 to cancel my voice mail.But i couldn't deactivate it. sINCE THEN I have placed request with TATA DOCOMO several times but in vain. i am having a AIRTEL DIGITAL TV south mega package since Dec 09. During purchase and installation, AIRTEL advertised a package inwhich we were told that if u pay for 10 months, there will be an addl credit of two months. We took this package in Dec 2009 AFTER PAYING FULL AMOUNT OF Rs 3050 approx. Now i have been intimated through automated SMS after 10 month, that either to recharge or the SERVICES will be suspended. They did not give any credit for two months.
