Anyone thinking of refinancing their loan with TD, should think again. I foolishly submitted an application with this bank without knowing how bad their customer service is. My loan processor has been changed 4 times over 5 weeks. It was news to me as no ever called to let me know of the change. To find the status of my loan, I called my loan process numerous times and they never returned my call. I even called the loan finance departments supervisor and left a message and she still has not called back. What great customer service. I strongly urge anyone thinking of refinancing, please look at another back. Save yourself the headache and aggravation. read full review »
