I was charged for a CD in the amount of 2.95 this I authorized, as for the 63.18 I did not. I spoke with a person today by the name of Regina, which was the least help by a person in supervision in my life time. Not one nice word came from her mouth, I ask to speak to her boss, which went by the name of George, he was even more rude if that was possible. He told me he would be able to take 20.00 dollars off my 63.18 charge. Waiting for the proof on my account!!!
