This company advertised for subcontractors, promising to pay "within 90 days of completed work." It is now well over 5 months BEYOND the 90-day period in back payments to scores of subcontractors, all of who have been unable to successfully collect due (and even past due) payment without spending money on lawyers or collection agencies.
