I have a Tata Sky Multi - Room connection for the past 3 years. For the past 30 days, the MDU connection has been acting up and saying it is unable to receive signal. Despite several calls to the Delhi Customer Service, there has been no respite. Funny thing is each time I call back the date of engineer visit has changed and when the said date elapses with no visit, I call back the helpline to find that the complaint has been closed "as engineer has visited premises"!!
