Dear Sir/ Madam, I have owned an Nokia Mobile Phone set E52 and unfortunately it has some fault and become unable to use. I sent my faulty set to Nokia Customer Care Centre. Where Nokia's representative told me that my set's pcb board card become faulty and should be replace to new one. I agreed and handed over the set for some proper action.
