Approximately the first of June, 2010, Mr. Chandler of this company called... Mr. Chandler, at first, was very personable and persuasive. After he got our money, he was very difficult to contact. When he was contacted he would tell us one lie after another. Finally, we were able to contact customer services which gave us a completely different perspective of the policies and procedures.
