received my credit card statement got ahold of credit company told them they told me it was a scam gave me a number which gave me the refund website sent me 4 papers which i took to the bank so i filled out properly been waiting over a month to get my refund bank advised me to get ahold of them again used a excuse i didn't fill out 1 page looked at my photocopies which showed i filled out all of them intern told them that they told me to print out new papers and resend i was declined for a refund because i was missing the survey page... read full review »
