My washing was not working since August first week.I made complaint to local service centre, J.S.Engineers, Franchises for IFB industries ltd several times.Lastly a man attented on 26-8-10.And he advised to change the programme board and insisted to have Annual Maintenance contract for the purpose for a payment of Rs.1943.I made it immediately and he assured that the board would be replaced within 15 days.Till today no replacement has been made inspite of my complaints to IFB industries for number of times and my contacts with local Franchises over the phone.Serial no of Machine is49198. read full review »
