How hard is it for your aircraft to take off on time. It is understandable if it is just the one aircraft that is delayed by half hour or an hour, but to have every aircraft delayed and most of them cancelled without any support from the company is ridiculous. My partner is stuck at Melbourne airport waiting to board a flight back to canberra which was mean to leave at 5pmAEST. She has now been told 3 times that the plane is delayed.
