Star Homes - Complaints – Star County Aluva - Project not Delivered I bought a flat for Rs. 13 lakhs in Star County Aluva from Star Homes in 2007 and as per agreement, they promised to deliver it by July 2009. Star Homes collected Rs. 8.25 lakhs by March 2009 by hiding from me the true status of the project . At present Piling work only completed.
