I made a purchase with a gift certificate and I charged the remaining balance credit card which was only a few dollars. When I received the emailed invoice the next day I realized they charged the entire purchase on my credit card. I spent 15 minutes on the phone. They refused to credit my card back and apply the gift certificate. They said "it is impossible since the order had been processed" I couldn't believe it...what a load of bull! This is their error and now I am expected to pay for it. Will never use or recommend again. They do not value their customers. read full review »
