I paid for a 1kg order from this company for virgin brazilian hair and they didnt sent it for a whole month and when they gave various excuses, they finally sent this hair that was processed indian hair. i was thoroughly dissapointed and Sundra the lady i normally speak to told me it was real brazilian hair, however, it was dipped into a natural oil solution to make it shiny and after one wash i will see the virgin brazilian hair that i am used to, so i applied the hair myself and the salon asked why i have switched from using brazilian hair... read full review »
