i work at this tim hortons in calgary and the things that the manager (Donna) gets away with as far as bullying, harrasment and verbal abuse of workers in front of other workers and customers is ridiculous. And to make it even worse when the complaints are brought to the attention of the owner and Tdl themselves everyone turns a blind eye to it and brushes it off.
