I returned a pair of boots because they were not true to size and the color was horrible. I tried the boots on but did not actually wear them. When I tried to return them, they claimed they had scuff marks on them and returned them to me. Well all one had to do was look at the soles to see they have never been worn. Horrible IGNORANT customer service people. Stay away from this company!!! read full review »
