Dear sir, I have applied passport of my infant son on 5th oct 2010 under tatkal scheme with all necessary documents with file ref HYDC02007310 and was told by the staff recieving the documents that the passport will be dispatched on 12th oct 2010. However from 13th oct 2010 i was noticing the status of the enquiry says "Passport was ready on 12th October 2010" I want to know that if they are charging higher fees for tatkal scheme then why dont they dispatch it...Any personnel responsible reading this is requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
