My blackberry curve stopped working and got hung up in a strange state of cycling between a black screen and a white screen with an hour glass. It never comes back to life, so to speak. I spoke with a "Jose" at VZW yesterday morning. He took me through all of the steps to try to fix it, and finally concluded that it wasn't fixable. He was going to send a new unit out to me.
