This website leads you to believe they are selling authentic coach purses when in fact it's all knockoff products. I did not know at the time and put in my order. They then sent me a brown purse instead of a black purse that I ordered and when I proceed to tell them that they sent me the wrong color. THey said they in fact did not and the brown purse is in fact black. WTF. I know the difference between black and brown. How can they tell me what they sent me is black. It is absurd and I am very unhappy with them for leading me to believe the items are real and then for sending me the wrong color and not admitting to it. read full review »
