I applied for a job online thru a job board. The job was posted by Elite Staffing. Didn't think anything of it, just thought it was a small Recruiting Firm. Their website asked me to set-up an interview online thru their applicant tracking system. Didn't think anything of it, some of the big named recruiting firms out there do the same thing.
