I worked for Teletech for 2 years. I can tell you first hand that they don't help you if you have an issue they let Supervisors get away with harrissing you. I was harrissed by the same supervior and they didn't do anything when I quit the HR department called me to see about my harrissment charges and then told me that they found nothing after I gave 3 witnesses.
