To make a long story short, my mother is being sued for a Wells Fargo Home Equity Loan that was illegally obtain by way of Identity theft. Wells Fargo sold the loan to Buckeye Retirement Company, but Buckeye insist that my mother should take the responsibility to pay the 80K loan. I have filed two complaints with Wells Fargo Freud dept.
