I bought a Sony Ericsson phone (Zylo - W20) on 02nd August 2010, out of the blue its speaker stopped working on 16th September. I gave my phone at the Sony Ericsson Center (RT Outsourcing Services LTD - faridabad) on 17th September, Work Order Number - SE31005713197. Since then i have been to the Center 5 times, have spoken to them on the phone around 5-6 times on different occasions, have been told multiple times that will get a replacement phone now as the phone parts are not available.
