I found that the software actually was slowing down my computer and caused my screen to free up. I sought a refund as per their instructions within 3-4 days of downloading their software. I have had nothing but hassel trying to get this refund. They redirected my request for refund to tech support and ignored my refund request. To date I am still trying to connect with LIVE CHAT to no avail. read full review »
