Have banked w/ SunTrust since they bought out Crestar, many years ago. In the last five years or so, their customer service has gotten nothing but worse. They attempted to switch all customers to debit cards. It took two trips and over an hour of hassling to get them to agree that customers could have ATM-only cards "if you fill out this form." They want the switch to debit cards because they make more $$. I, however, do not want a debit card.
