This is a 100+year old building run by slum lord extrodinare, the 1st time i rented I rented for 1 week at a cost of $190.00 +I left $70.00 extra towards the next weeks rent, my rent was Tuesday thru Tuesday, so when i found a better situation I informed the management in writing that i would be departing on wednesday afternoon and could I get a partial refund on the $70.00 well suddenly the single night rate was told to me to be $69.00 so no money.
