Hello sir, I am saurabh mishra from bangalore I needed a broadband connection so I approached one of your agent.(Mr. Gopi mbo.998057740) on 28/10/2010 after taking Rs. 500/- and my sign on a plan document he said my new will be connected on 31st/10/2010 but when I called him after that he is saying not to contact him and call another agent and gave me his number and that guy when I called said me to call directly to customer care number and not to him.
