I purchased some chaps and boots from tackdirect.co.uk. The chaps were represented as being a medium but were very small when tried on. I called and was asked to write an email to request a return or exchange, which I eventually did. However the store claimed I was outside of their 14 day return policy, and tackdirect was very adamant that I wasn't allowed to return the goods but they generously suggested I buy another pair.
