Mark Schaefer came to do a home inspection for me at 76 McNaughton St. in Welland. The cost was $275.00 (including tax). While I was there he lit up a cigarette and was ashing in the kitchen sink which I thought was totally unprofessional, I also found out after that he was also smoking in there when my agent first arrived. There was cigarette butts in toilet and more ashes in the bathroom sink. He did take me around the house to explain certain things.
