Sought to add cities to point to point routing to enable "around the World" fare calculation. Staff unable to find capable person to deal with request, although I had arranged first two segments with phone agent sucessfully, telling them I wanted to add additional cities after Indian destination. Used independent research at www.thegreatescapade.com to determine partner airlines to accomplish correct routing for journey after India (via Singapore Air and Air New Zealand) back to the US. Also, Difficult phone conversation because of line quality, being cut off, and non-native English speaking staff. read full review »
