they did the same thing to took £56.41 out my bank when i haven't even received the trial yet. i have been calling then for the last one month spoke to two of their manager and they won't give me refund company policy. they keep saying ur product have been shiped and u should receive it in day or two it over a month now and nothing has been delievered. i just spoke to their customer service today and the person i spoke to said i should receive it in the next 48h will see.
