There comes a point in your life when ENOUGH is ENOUGH! I've been a VODACOM client for 17 years now. My account is never below R2 700 a month and sometimes as high as R4000 p.m. I went to the USA for 4 days. On return I was sent a bill of R10 000. Requesting itemised billing I noticed that I had R6 500 worth of billing with no numbers allocated or time spent on the phone 00:00:00.
