purchased this hair on 9-13-2010 your establishment and I am very unhappy with the outcome. I am an advid weave wearer and I pride myself on purchasing on the best of hair and hair product to maintain the hair. However this has not proven to be the case using your hair (see attached photo). The picture is of the aftereffect of having the hair washed at a reputable hair salon. The hair natted in away that it was ruined. The only solution was to cut the hair out, replaced and sytled.
