Substandard & improper BSNL Customer Support Hello All! I am Mr.N.G.Singh writing from Vashisht, Manali. Here, I am complaining about the BSNL, Manali office. Since August 2010 I had been using the BSNL Broadband service through land-line connection. My BSNL internet experience so far is really pathetic with so many internet down-times and off & on death telephone-line!
