It is unacceptable how many incompetent people are employed at the Cell C call centers!! My cell was in for repairs twice both times ranging from 6 to 8 weeks to be repaired for the same problems experienced the first time it was sent in. I pay monthly for the insurance cover and finally after 2 weeks of being on the phone to various Cell C operators I finally got a loan phone which was delivered to my office and my existing Cell Phone taken in for repairs at the same time.
