Asked a question in the TV/Electronics section. Got the answer after 2 days - I have had my issue resolved by then as it was quite urgent. According to the "how it works" information on the website, it was all perfectly fine for me not to accept the answer, to not to pay for the advise and to request a refund (refunds possible for up to 1year from the date of initial deposit, they say).
