I believe Proactiv chose not to process my return until I called them to follow up. I'm guessing that's illegal. I contacted Proactiv for a return, and sent my product back on 8/25/10. When I contacted them 11/6/10 because I still hadn't received a refund, they said they had no record of receiving the product. When I gave them the tracking number, they looked it up, and agreed they had, indeed received the product, and then processed my refund.
