Tripadvisor have allowed a dishonest review from a blackmailer, I proved on CCTV that this couple had tried to blackmail me using Tripadvisor as the weapon, Tripadvisor ignored it and published the review anyway, since then I have had 6 former guests contact me because Tripadvisor have refused to allow their good reviews of my hotel which leaves the bad review at the top. tripadvisor are getting an aweful lot of bad press and hopefully that in a small way is down to me and people like me that have been treated so appallingly by Tripadvisor and their brainwashed staff. read full review »
