I call in about ongoing complaint with dvr and internet problems then wake up and cable internet are all down for the count. So I call in and they leave me on hold then when I talk to someone there telling me to do steps I have previously done. So when I ask for a technician they can't gaurantee anything but tells me anywhere from 24 to 72 hours if lucky I said is this what I pay for and the lady says I pay for the service not support.
