Purchased a new laptop from Sony... a month ago. The AC power adapter broke today. Spent 3+ hours with tech and customer support only to learn that I was sold a refurbished laptop, which was why they could not locate my serial # in their system. This is an outrageous business practice... They said it was a miscommunication but it was really a fraudulent/unethical conduct on Sony's part to sell me a $1200 refurbished laptop without telling me what I was getting. I would NEVER purchase a refurbished laptop. They offered me 5% discount on a new purchase... are you kidding me??? I will NEVER purchase another Sony product... EVER!!! read full review »
