Hi, I had lost my Pan Card on 13th September 2010 and had sent a letter to the Pan Card Department Navi Mumbai on 13th September 2010 to reissue my pan card with number AHHPB3089Q (with the pan card letter i received when i was allocated the pan card and my photograph).
