Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your kind notice that I had procured a Whirlpool - split AC (1.5 Tone Chrome Coral Red) vide invoice no: A/2084 dated 12th May 2010 from Chennai. The AC which was working properly till 01.11.2010 morning. On the same day one of the service engineer came to reinstall the AC in our new house and after the installation it was reported that the AC BOARD is damaged. The concerned person had taken the responsibility to rectify it within 2 days and so far we havn't received any positive response even after 8 days. An amount of Rs. 1800/- is already paid as the full payment for the re installation. read full review »
