I have no idea why but they charged $14.95 to my bank account out of nowhere. I called and they refused to take it off unless I provided them with my social security number and bank information. I was not comfortable doing that with a company I was unfamiliar with so I had to open a new checking account (deactivate my old one) so they couldn't get to my money. read full review »
