I bought a white gold weding ring in Jan 2008 from Galaxy Springs. After a few months, one of the diamonds fell out of the ring. I took the ring back to Galaxy Springs for repairs. A few more months passed, and another diamond fell out, I took it back to Galaxy and they sent it away for 3 weeks to have the diamond replaced. A few months later, the ring started losing it's colour and roundness, I took it back to Galaxy. A few weeks later, I got a call that they would replace the ring with a new one due to the defect.
