I am getting tired of T-Mobile. They are charging hidden fees and double payments, and other payments. When we went to pay the 3rd payment last October 3rd they said we did not have a bill. So we ended up not paying the bill cause they said we did not have a bill. Now the October bill came in the mail and creeped on us and is taking Christmas away from me and my girlfriend to buy extra gifts. People at the T-Mobile stores, not the call centers needs to act more professional and when there is extra payments that need to be made they need to take them, not just say we don't have a bill. read full review »

I went to make an appointment from them and they just finally told me I needed to bring an ID, papers, and $55.00 DOWN PAYMENT! She said they don't offer nothing for free. So if you are hurt and you need help this is the place not to set up your appointment at. read full review »

They have very high prices and some rude and impatient people. When you open up a credit account with them and you start making partial payments like $25 per month, they make it overdue, they place your account on hold and make you have to pay them directly for the 2 orders, so by the time you have no supplies and you pay off your balance you cannot do another order using credit. I am getting tired of them, they monitor your phone calls without your permission. They give me the run around with finding products. I just wish they had better service and offer more products for the physically disabled. read full review »

Back in the day, I used to order a 10 pack of mindiscs. They took my order, but they delayed it for about over 5 days. When my order got to my door, it got dropped off at my house without me signing up for the package. I did not even get a tracking number or anything like other online merchants. I have ordered from them before, the product worked okay, but the product is now defective. But when I was shopping somewhere else, I found out that the company took money out without my permission for membership renewal. They did not even send me an email telling me that my membership was due please renew or cancel, no, they took it out and overdrew my bank account. They sent me catalog, I liked it, so I decided to order a vacuum cleaner and deep fryer, the total came up to $267.00. I asked them where is my credit account at so I can make payments?? They said you have to talk to the credit person about that, after they sent me my deep fryer. They did not approve me like every other poor person, they are just here to waste my time, making me have to pay a whole lump sum for something that should be paid for with their "Choose and Charge" credit account. I tried to apply for a credit card, a card that you only can use in the store. The online service just puts you on a halt and sends you a messege saying they will decide if you get it or not, and you know that is bull and they will not give you a simple card from a place called Sears. Their system and the way they created it is very strict and is not very user friendly especially the online site. Their customer service is awful. I wish things will just lighten up there. It's like you are calling the Navy Exchange and you have to be in the Military to get a Sears card. read full review »

I am getting tired of Capital One playing their stupid little game called Monopoly and also the game called Life. I cannot get ahead with paying off my credit card payments and keep me in debt. I think the credit card company being outsourced to foreigners make it hard times for America. I am so disappointed at XM and Siruis satellite radio for taking a great funny radio station off the their channel line up. I see why everyone is depressed when they have XM satellite radio receivers in their car and have no christmas comedy. This was a stupid move, and I so mad and disappointed about it.
